1. Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on services provided by Rukesh Dasari. I am committed to delivering high-quality work and ensuring client satisfaction.

2. Refund Eligibility

When Refunds Are Granted

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • • I am unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to circumstances beyond client control
  • • There is a significant failure to meet the project specifications as outlined in the agreement
  • • I cancel the project due to my inability to complete it
  • • Technical issues on my end prevent project completion
  • • Mutual agreement to terminate the project before completion

When Refunds Are Not Granted

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • • Client changes their mind about the project after work has begun
  • • Client fails to provide necessary materials, feedback, or approvals within agreed timeframes
  • • Client requests changes outside the original project scope
  • • Work has been completed according to the agreed specifications
  • • Client becomes unresponsive during the project
  • • Cancellation is due to client's change in business needs or budget

3. Deposit and Payment Policy

Non-Refundable Deposit

A deposit of 30-50% may be required to begin work on your project. This deposit serves as a commitment fee to reserve time in my schedule, compensation for initial project planning and setup, and protection against project cancellations.

The deposit is generally non-refundable once work has commenced, except in cases where I am unable to fulfill the project requirements.

4. Refund Process

Request Timeline

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the issue arising or project completion. Requests made after this period may not be considered.

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact me through the website contact form or email

2. Provide a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request

3. Include relevant project documentation and correspondence

4. Allow up to 7 business days for review and response

Processing Time

If a refund is approved, processing will begin within 7 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and bank processing may take an additional 5-10 business days. You will receive confirmation once the refund is processed.

5. Project Cancellation

Before Work Begins

If you cancel within 48 hours of the project start date and no work has been performed, you may receive a partial refund minus a 20% cancellation fee.

After Work Has Started

If you cancel after work has begun, you will be charged for all work completed to date, the deposit is typically non-refundable, and any remaining balance may be refunded after deducting completed work costs.

6. Quality Guarantee

I stand behind the quality of my work. If you're not satisfied with the final deliverables and they don't meet the agreed specifications, I will work with you to make necessary corrections at no additional cost.
