Returns Policy for Digital Products & Services

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the digital product or service must not have been substantially used or accessed, and the request must be made within the specified period.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Services that have been fully rendered or substantially utilized.

To complete your return request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return request is received and reviewed, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account again.

Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.

After that, contact your bank; there is often a delay in posting refunds.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the digital product or service was marked as a gift during purchase and provided directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return request. Once the eligibility for return is confirmed, we will provide you with a gift certificate.

If the digital product or service was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver provided the product/service access to themselves, we will refund the gift giver and they will be notified of the return.
